SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

RATES
United Kingdom: standard £4.99, express £6.99.
United States: standard £9.99, express £19.99.
Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders in both countries. The exact threshold is shown in your cart as you add items.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

DELIVERY TIME
United Kingdom: 5-8 business days after processing.
United States: 7-12 business days after processing.
In peak season either can take a little longer, and if so we will email you.

DUTIES AND TAXES
UK orders include VAT. US orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier on delivery; these are set by your local authority and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us through our contact form within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
